Health Optimisation through 4P Ecosystems: the HOPE suite for medical data security.

Résumé :
HOPE (Health Optimisation through 4P Ecosystems) is a software suite for managing complex patient cohorts in a secure manner. It aims at supporting integration, analysis, exploitation and protection of medical data in distributed ecosystems. HOPE integrates 36 cohorts, from massive ones like Jiva Cohort with 500.000 patients of traditional medicine from India, to tiny cohorts of patients with extremely rare diseases, like Genida cohorts that entail from 2 to 40 people. HOPE provides tools for connecting together patients and medical practitioners (Genida), statistical analysis of medical data (OptimR), security control (Meerkat), and secure distributed data safeguard (RADAR). HOPE is part of the BICS Platform: Bio-statistics, Informatics and Complex Systems, of ICube Laboratory at University of Strasbourg, which aims at providing algorithmic solutions for understanding and steering natural as well as artificial complex systems.
