Induction Ceremony for the Laureates of the Institut Universitaire de France

On Monday, November 3, 2025, more than 450 people gathered in the Grand Amphitheater of the Sorbonne to celebrate the induction of the 35th cohort of the Institut Universitaire de France (IUF).

Loria extends its warmest congratulations to Jean-Yves Marion, Professor at the University of Lorraine in the Carbone team, and to Vincent Despré, Associate Professor at the University of Lorraine in the Gamble team, both recipients of the Institut Universitaire de France.

The IUF’s mission is to promote the development of cutting-edge research within universities and to strengthen interdisciplinarity. Since November 3, Jean-Yves Marion and Vincent Despré have officially been members of the IUF for a five-year term.
