U.S. Elections 2000 in Florida poster: a roadmap to legal battles (Denis Roegel, 2000-2001)

The poster
I am providing two printable versions, and a screen version (not fit to print), all as PDF files. You can use Adobe Acrobat Reader to read these files and get it free from here. All three versions contain exactly the same information. There is no difference in layout, just in the way the PDF file presents it.

Why I made this poster
I have been following the U.S. Elections with interest, but after two weeks, it became very difficult to keep track of all the lawsuits. I then started to take notes of main events, and I have now turned these notes into a large poster. Not all events are shown, and though I don't want to go into too much detail, I am willing to add important things, especially events closely related to those that are given.

How to print the posters
Print the file in one-side mode (if you have a two-side printer), or just normally if you have a one-side printer. If you don't know your printer, just try. The posters are quite big and are made of several pages that must be taped together, once printed. Actually you also need to slightly trim the pages, because they overlap a little bit. This is made necessary because printers do not print until the edges of the pages. Please, do not ask me for advice about how to read a PDF file, or how to print it!

Sources (how I made the poster)
The starting point of this chart were articles from CNN, The New York Times, etc. More accurate information was obtained through the following sites:

The following sites may have additional information, but I have not yet had the time to go thoroughly through them:

I have also used several timelines I found on the web. I usually borrow only a few items, but as a result, I am checking any discrepancies.

Updates
I plan to issue updates and corrections when necessary. Please, check the date and time given next to the file (above on this page) to see if the current version is newer than the one you already have. The date (but not time) is also on the poster itself. Here is also a list of changes: main changes after the December 19 version.

Your help is needed
There are several facts that I was unable to get straight. Some of them are marked on the poster by various signs. I would very much appreciate it if you could send me corrections, possibly with precise references that I could check. Also, if somebody knows where more detailed information on the Broward County Circuit Court is available, I would be very grateful to him/her. My email is on the poster.
