Resume

Liliana Cucu-Grosjean is an INRIA researcher at LORIA, which is joint unit within INRIA Nancy-Grand Est, CNRS and Lorraine University. She works in TRIO team.

She is member of INRIA Evaluation Commission and of the INRIA GTRI-COST (Groupe de Travail Relation Internationales du Conseil d'Orientation Scientifique et Technologique).

She licentiated in 1998 in Mathematics and Computer Science from University Dunarea de Jos, Romania. In 2000 she got her MSc in Physics from University Dunarea de Jos. In 2004 she completed her PhD in Computer Science at University Paris XI, France and the thesis was prepared at INRIA Rocquencourt, France in AOSTE team. She used to be a Junior Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics of University "Dunarea de Jos" from 1998 to 2000, and from 2001 to 2004 she joined (also as a Junior Lecturer) the Computer Science Department Science of University Paris V, France. She had a Research Fellow position at IPP-Hurray Research Group of ISEP, Portugal in 2005. She was a FNRS postdoctoral researcher at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles in the Computer Science Department in 2006. From 2006 to 2008 she hold a position of Assistant Professor at Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine in the Computer Science Department.

She is currently working on statistical/probabilistic approaches for real-time systems, but her research interests are also :

  • Real-time scheduling (uniprocessor and multiprocessor);
  • Timing analysis;
  • Operational research in general and specially scheduling.

Research Projects (co-PI):

  • FP7 STREP PROARTIS (2010-2013). She is leader of WP3, in charge of the probabilistic timing analysis.
  • FP7 ITEA Timmo-2-use (2010-2012). She is leader of WP3, in charge of the development of tools and algorithms.
