Welcome to my home page

Present

Past

.doing research with the Orpailleur group, at the LORIA - INRIA Nancy-Grand Est,
.teaching Computer Science at the ESIAL, an engineering school part of the University.

part of Mark Musen and Russ Altman labs.

I'm interested in many aspects of bioinformatics

but focus mainly on biomedical knowledge discovery

and particularly knowledge discovery guided by domain knowledge.

Knowledge discovery can be defined as the process of identifying new

and relevant knowledge units from large amount of data.

I use these computer science approaches to study pharmacogenomics.

Pharmacogenomics is the study of how individual genomic variations influence drug response phenotypes.

I did my PhD at the INRIA, in Nancy, France.
My PhD dissertation, written in French except for a short english abstract, is available here.
