Scope of the workshop
The aim of the workshop is to cover various aspects of
security,
providing foundations of provably secure software using logical and
mathematical methodology for practical and crucial applications,
especially focusing on applications to security of new-generation smart
card and GRID security and on techniques such as cryptology,
authentication, protocol analysis, GRID-theory. This workshop is based
on the CNRS-JST Franco-Japanese collaboration on Computer Security.
Registration
The workshop welcome participants.
The registration can be made on-line on our web site. It is free
but mandatory. It includes lunches, coffee breaks and the gala dinner
on Thursday 13th evening.
The deadline for registration is Friday, March 7th.
Venue
The workshop will be held at the LORIA, in Nancy. Touristic information on Nancy can be found on the Tourism Information web site.
Nancy is about 1h30 from Paris by train.
From Japan, the easiest way is to flight to Paris and then to take a
train from Paris to Nancy. There are also some direct train connections
(1h30, 3 connections per day) between Charles de Gaule airport and
the Gare Lorraine TGV, from which you have to take a shuttle to go to
Nancy (about 30min by shuttle once you have found one).

Social events
On Thursday 13th late afternoon, we will organize a visit of the Nancy
School Museum with an English-speaking guide. It will be followed by a gala dinner.
