Conference about Big Data with Eric Fullerton (University of California)

The University of Lorraine and the Franco-American Fulbright Commission are pleased to invite you to the conference “Challenges of big data: handling bits in a modern world“.

This inaugural lecture will be given by Eric Fullerton, Professor of Materials Physics and Director of the Center for Memory and Recording Research – University of California at San Diego. Visiting Fellow at the Jean Lamour Institute, he has been Fulbright-Tocqueville Chair since January 1, 2018. He is also the first Professor@Lorraine of the Lorraine University of Excellence (LUE) Initiative.

Appointment on Monday, April 9, 2018 from 13:30 in the Amphi 8 of the Faculty of Science and Technology of Vandoeuvre.
